INSTALLATION

If you’re considering “going tankless”, we offer a free in-home estimate for new installations, an experienced technician will come out to your home, answer any questions you may have, and offer you details about the many makes and models we offer ultimately giving you our best recommendation and provide you with a detailed estimate for the work.

One of the primary benefits of tankless water heaters is the ability to provide instant hot water on demand, eliminating the need for a storage tank and ensuring a continuous supply of hot water.

MAINTENANCE

We offer a variety of routine maintenance services designed to keep your system working and in optimal condition. Common services include:

Recommended to be performed annually by all tankless water heater manufacturers. This is a process in which the unit is drained, the inlet filter is cleaned and an acidic solution much like vinegar is circulated through the water heater for approximately 30 minutes.

If you have a pre-conditioner installed on the cold water feed to your water heater, commonly referred to as a filter, depending on the manufacturer you will need to replace the cartridge every 1-2 years.  We also recommend a descale at the time of replacement.

Protect your whole home from hard water, don’t be fooled by salt free softeners, the best way to protect your investment is with a traditional style water softener.

REPAIR

Whether your unit is under warranty or not we can help, we are certified by most major manufacturers and do our best to stock many common replacement parts. We will diagnose the issue at hand, provide parts and strive to repair your issue in a timely manner.
